- Combine 2tbsp Hammerhead Lively Lemon Pepper Salt with the fresh thyme, cider vinegar and olive oil and place in a zip-lock bag along with the lamb steaks. Shake it around to thoroughly to coat the meat and leave in the fridge to marinate for 20-30 minutes, or overnight if preparing in advance.
- Heat a little oil in a heavy based frying pan or griddle pan.
- Cook steaks for 3 or 4 minutes each side. Alow to rest off the heat for 5 minutes before serving.
(Alternatively cook on a medium hot BBQ plate or grill)
