Harissa, the spicy chilli super condiment has fueled culinary delights throughout the world for centuries, especially in North African and Middle Eastern cuisines. Tunisia alone, for example, exports over 22,000 tonnes annually and consumes even more!
Our medium hot Harissa sauce is made with four different types of chilli and nine spices.
- Flavour stews, soups or couscous.
- Mixed with a little olive oil this makes a great dip or dressing for hot roasted vegetables.
- Spread on crackers with mature cheddar or your favourite cheese. (trust us...this is amazing!)
- Use as a marinade for meat or fish.
