Fantastically smokey red chilli peppers, these cayenne peppers are smoked dry and will add heat, depth and next level flavour to any recipe.
Generally these peppers should be re-hydrated before use; this is a very simple thing to do and you will be amazed at the smokey spicy flavours these will add to your culinary creations.
Check out this video for a handy method of doing this. Or simply place peppers in a bowl, cover with boiling water and leave to soak for 10-15 minutes.
